Hi Neil, there was another post about this somwhere. It will happen but only over a short period, perhaps a month. The reasons being that this year is a very big year for my company with lots of expansion and product launches so I just dont have the time to drive the comp on a long term basis. In addition, I think that last year people seemed to lose interest in the later months.

My Granddads birthday is in September so the plan currently is to hold the event throughout that month and to also present the trophy and prizes for last year while Im in England visiting my Granddad for his 101st birthday. I will keep you posted.
